Terms and Conditions for Campsie Centre’s “Spin N’ Win” Promotion

  1. Promotion Overview:  The promoter for the “Spin N’ Win” promotion is CP Lumi Pty Ltd ACN 664 534 874 of 1st Floor Campsie Centre 14-28 Amy St Campsie, NSW 2194 (Centre). . During the Promotion Period, customers who spend $25 or more at participating stores within the Campsie Centre will have a chance to spin a wheel and win prizes. The prizes available to win will change at the Centre’s discretion. 
  2. Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 2nd December  2023, to 23rd December , 2023.
  3. Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who make a purchase of $25 or more at participating stores in the Campsie Centre during the Promotion Period.  Employees of the Centre and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
  4. Receipt Eligibility: Only original receipts from purchases made at the Campsie Centre during the Promotion Period will be accepted for verification. Duplicate or photocopied receipts will not be eligible.
  1. Timing: Thefriendly Campsie Centre staff will be available for receipt verification on the ground floor between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, throughout the Promotion Period. Please plan your visit accordingly to ensure your receipt is verified in a timely manner.
  2. Redemption Deadline: Receipts must be verified on the same day of the purchase. Any receipts presented after the closing time of 5:00 PM on that day will not be eligible for participation in the Spin N’ Win promotion, regardless of the purchase date.
  3. Verification of Receipts: To be eligible for a spin on the wheel, all receipts must be verified by Campsie Centre staff on the ground floor between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM during the Promotion Period.
  4. Spin-the-wheel: Once your receipt is verified, you are entitled to spin the wheel at the Spin-the-Wheel booth (located at the ground floor) to try your luck and win amazing rewards.
  5. Entry to Minor/Major Prize: to enter into the Minor/Major Prize , you must hold a verified receipt and also register with the Campsie Centre staff.  To register, participants must provide their Name, Email, Phone, and Postcode. Incomplete or inaccurate registration may be disqualified. . Your  receipt with the registered name will go into a barrel, which will be spun by Campsie Centre staff. Names will be drawn from the barrel to have a chance to win the Minor/Major Prize. 
  6. Multiple Receipts: If you have multiple receipts from different purchases, each verified receipt will grant you achance to spin the wheel and enter into the barrel to be drawn for a Minor/Major Prize. This increases your opportunities to win exciting prizes during the promotion.
  7. Proof of Identity: To verify your receipts, please have a valid ID (such as passport, driver’s licence or photo card) or any other form of identification accepted by the Campsie Centre staff at its sole discretion. This is to ensure the security and integrity of the promotion.
  8. Minor Prize Draws: Minor prize draws will be held on the ground floor within Campsie Centre on 9th December  2023, and 16th December, 2023, at 1:00 PM. The specific prizes for these draws will be determined by Campsie Centre.
  9. Major Prize Draw: The major prize draw will be held on 23rd December , 2023. The grand prize is a chance to spin and win a Gold prize estimated to be worth $1,500. The winner of the major draw will be selected from eligible participants.
  10. Total Prize Pool: The total amount of prizes available to be won during the promotion is $3,000. However, this does not guarantee that the entire amount will be given away, as winning is based on chance.
  11. Prize Redemption: Winners will receive their prize within a suitable time frame. If the prize cannot be provided immediately, Campsie Centre will communicate a timeline for prize delivery. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 
  12. Publicity: By entering the promotion, participants agree to allow the Centre to: (a) contact them in relation to the Spin-N-Win Promotion, (b) send them newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials by the Centre, and (c) use their name,likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period for promotional purposes without additional compensation/remuneration.
  13. Privacy: All personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of  any promotion by the Centre and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  14. .Campsie Centre reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Campsie Centre’s discretion. Failure by the Centre to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Centre’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Centre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
  15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Centre, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Centre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 
  16. As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form if required by the Centre and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion acting reasonably, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in NSW (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Centre (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Centre (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Centre’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Centre) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Centre; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking/use of a prize.
  18. Changes to Terms: Campsie Centre reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  19. Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Campsie Centre is located.
